Part Time Position

We are looking for a part-time corporate records administrator to join our team!

Duties include filing annual returns, incorporating companies, maintaining our minute book registry and preparing meeting minutes.

Qualities we are looking for include -

working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office Suite
long-term commitment
high level of reading and writing comprehension
attention to detail
ability to maintain confidentiality

self-motivated

Bookkeeper / Accountant

Full Time Position

We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper/accountant to join our team!

Duties would include data entry, reconciliation of accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll and individual and corporate tax return preparation. You will be working with a variety of clients.

Qualities we are looking for include -

friendly and professional
long-term commitment
working knowledge of Sage 50
required - at least 3 years of experience/education in bookkeeping or accounting
ability to work independently and with others
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail
self-motivated
